EUREKA SEVEN

I loved this anime!!! It's, like the best mecha anime created. Is mix of sad, happines and awsomeness. Even I cried at bit a few times while I watch it. I recommend you watch this mecha anime. I readed somewhere that there's a movie coming up,but...AAARG!!! I can't wait, I just want to see it. Well, whatever, I gonna tell 'ya about it more.



The series centers around Renton Thurston, a fourteen-years-old son of Adrock Thurston, a military reasearcher that died saving the world ten years before the start of the show.He thinks that his life is suckish and lives with his grandfater in a suckish town. He really loves liftin, kinda similar to surfing but with trapar as the medium. He wishes that could join the renegade group Gekkostate, lead by Holland, a legendary lifter.

A opportunity to do so happens when a large mechanical robot called the Nirvash TypeZero, and Eureka, it's pilot and member of the Gekkostate, crashed into Renton's room. Renton's grandfather order Rento to deliver the "Amita Drive" to the Nirvash and relase it's inmense dormant power called the "Seven Swell Phenomenon". Later, he's invited aboard to join the Gekkostate, he quickly realise that the life in the Gekkostate isn't nice as printed in their magazine, ray=out. The only thing keeping from going away is Eureka, the enigmatic pilot of Nirvash. Renton, Eureka and the Gekkostate embarks in an adventure that will shape their future as well to the world.

The members of the Gekkostate are as follow (from left to right): Ken-Goh, Mischa, Eureka, Linck, Hilda, Mattiew, Maeter, Hap, Moondoggie, Maurice, Stoner Gidget, Jobs, Gonzy, Talho, Holland, Renton and the old guy Gonzy.

Oh! I forgot 2 say that this is the last entry to the computer class. I guess that I won't be putting anymore entries in ahwhile but don't worry I'll put one ocassionally.

OURAN HIGH SCHOOL HOST CLUB

T'his is the best shojo anime I've seen but don't worry it doesn't come close to be an extremely romantic history, Ouran Host Club is pure comedy. I asure you that they're won't be an episode that you laugh =D.

Haruhi, the protagonist, an exceptional student enters the elite Ouran Academy even though she comes from a humble family. Her history comences when she's looking for a place quite to study and she stumbles herself in the Third Music Room, where the Ouran High School Host Club gathers. In the room there were 6 extremely hot guys. When she tried to leave, she accidently knocks over a vase that cost ¥ 8,000,000. The Host Club decides that she work to pay her debt.

The Host Club was created for the purpose to those atractive guys with to much time in their hands satisfies the girls whom have also have to much free time. The Host Club have many host and they have their own personaly which they call "types". The intregants of the club:

I recommend this show if you some comedy besides you will be hooked by the time you finish the first episode. I'll now excuse myself and watch it again ^_^.

THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN ANIME AND MANGA

They're a few difference about manga and anime so that you don't ask again.

Manga means comic books in english, in Japan the term "manga" is used for all comics books, however foreign fans use that term for a japonese comic only.


Anime means animated show in english or a cartoon as many says. In Japan "anime"like manga is used on all animated shows.

Manga is in a comic, and they're more detailed in the body and background and stuff. Anime is televised, although lookinglike manga they do have differences. In the anime the body and face is less detailed.

Here as an example from Death Note; the black 'n white is the manga and the colored one.

DEATH NOTE

Death Note is currently the most popular manga and anime in Japan. It's centers in Light Yagami, a japonese student finds a supernatural notebook called Death Note, which is capable of killing people whose names are written in it.

Light hates all crimes and evil in the world, and dreams in a place with no such things. His life changes when he fins the Death note, a mysterious notebook that fell outta sky (literally!). In the back of the notebook , there're instructions on how to use it, where it says that you can kill a person of anything if you specify in the next 6 minutes and 40 seconds, and if it isn't specified it dies by a heart attack. Passing 5 days a shinigami called Ryuk visits him. Shinigamis are from another dimensions whos uses the Death Note to kill people to extend their own life span. Light tells that he wants to use the Death Note to get rid the evil n the world, and thus becoming the God of the new world, free of crimes.

But soon, those numerous deaths atracts the police, who ask for the help of a mysterious detectective wordly known as L. L realizes that Kira(nickname to the assasin, wich is Light) can kill people only know his name and face. Both fights with their ingenious, later L dies and his succesors Near and Mello continue the case.

CODE GEASS

I'm not a fan of the mecha anime but I do have a few that I like. Code Geass: Lelouch of the rebellion sets on an altenate universe whe the Holy Empire of Brittania has conquered more than a third of the planet. The Holy Empire of Britannia overpowered Japan forces and conquered the country with their new robotic weaons, the Knightmares Frames. Japan lost it's freedom, it's rights, even it's name, becoming Area 11 of the Britannnian Empire. The Empreror of Britannia failed to prevented the assasination of his mother, an attack that also left his sister blind and crippled, the young Lelouch vowed to destroy Britannia. Seven years later, somehow got caught up in some terrorist attack and encounters the girl named C.C. who gives him the power of Geass and finally obtain the power to destroy Brittania. Geass is a mysterious abilty that only certain people can bestow on others, which thos who bestow it are also inmune to it. It's representend by a bird-shaped symbol wich kinda glows red when it is activated. Every Geass got it's own unique limitations. T

This anime has aboy 50 episodes wich they're divided in 25 in each season though it have two seasons the name chenged only to have put an R2 in the end of the end of the original tittle. I loved the very ending of the anime that it made me shed some tears ='(. Why u ask? well the protagonist died but I'm over it becuase it turn his death to a very good ending.

PANI PONI DASH!

This is one of my favorite anime becuase is so randomly hilarious. It's central storyline revolves around Rebecca Miyamoto and the antics of class 1-C. Rebecca becomes the homeroom teacher of 1-C, when their teacher unexpeteadly quits, after she just graduated and is only 11 years old. The characters attends a high school called the Peach Moon Academy. OH! I forgot that they're being watched by aliens who screw up every now and then. They hve this parody of a mascot named Mesousa, the rabbit, whom gets depressed quite easily about everything. He's often stalked by a cat who selfs proclaims to be God. The other teachers are Saotome, the P.E. teacher who is treated like crap by his students; Igarashi, another homeroom teacher who is usually drunk and finally Jiji the old man who is kinda creepy. They teach some really odd students, such as a magicla girl, a student that dress like a robot, a girl that brings her pets to school (like ostriches and snakes). But what I like most of it is that the characters ramdomly will go chibi and turn back to normal. I liked the openings and the endings 'cause they change their drawing every once in awhile.It has only 26 episodes which makes me somewhat sad but who cares I still love it.

FRUITS BASKET

Is the story of a high-school girl, Honda Tohru. Having lost her mother due to an accident, leaving her an orphan in the care of his granfather. But when his house needs remodeling she moves in to a tent on land that turns out to belong to the house of Shigure Sohma. He convinces her to move in with him and Yuki as a housekeeper. As she's shown to her room, Kyo burst in to challenge Yuki. Tohru accidentally trips and embrace Kyo and transforms into a cat, and she stumbles to Shigure and Yuki as well, transforming the into a dog and a rat. Shigure then explain that they're cursed, and possessed by the spirits of the Chinese zodiac plus the cat; legends says that the cat would have been part of the Chinese zodiac if it hadn't been tricked by the rat into missing the feast. Tohru promised to keep thir secret, under the threat of having her memories erased-a vow agreed to by Akito Sohma, the head of the Sohma family, who orders Kyo to live with Shigure as well.

The story follows the lves of Tohru and the Sohma family as they deal with each other and a society where neither quite fit in, as well as the feared Akito Sohma, head of the Sohma family. Soon, after living with the Sohma she began to like, then love, all of the Sohmas, and sets out to break the curse of th zodiac.

The anime is very similar to the mannga chapters in many ways. However, the anime does makes some changes to the story. Some events are combined, and some events, such as Tohru's first meeting with Momiji and al reference to Tohru baseball hat, never happenned in the anime.

The anime ends in 26 episodes and all of the Sohma where shown except for Kureno (rooster) and Isuzu (horse) who only appear in the manga.

LUCKY STAR

I´ll talk about one of my favorite anime: LUCKY STAR!!!

This anime I´ve like it since I saw it. I´ts about the 4 protagonist that are in highschool. I´ts very funny especially one of the protagonist who is an otaku, her name is Konata who lives in a world full of anime and videogames. They're a very different type of comedy that always ends in a very a sastifying way.


The main cast of characters from Lucky Star ( from left to right ) : Tsukasa, Patricia, Ayano, Konata, Yutaka, Minami, Kagami, Hiyori, Misao and Miyuki.


And in the end, there's always this separate segment called the Lucky Channel. Akira, the pink haired one, is supposed to be cute when she is in a good mood but actually she's a violent one whenever she is annoyed. Her assistant Minoru who is repeatedly get yelled at and physically abused by Akira if he does or says sommething not of her liking.


Yet it only have 24 episodes, you can enjoy it to the end 'cause you can indetify with the characters at many moments in the series.
